Github Issues to Things 3 Workflow

My promised Github issues to Things 3 workflow is here.

Prerequisites:

• Bear (you can switch this out easily for something else)
• Things 3

You'll need to enter values for the various variables at the start of the workflow.

Keep in mind, tags have to be created in Things must match those in Github Issues in order for them to get properly assigned.
